of the three tiered approach that I have addressed. This is
what makes the executive coaching system that I will offer

I have had more than twenty-five years of
business and management experience and I have long been a
student of (and teacher to) executives wanting to reduce stress
levels and to lead more satisfying lives. My “holistic”
approach to executive coaching assures the exec that their
life in total needs to be addressed. Some refer to this as
life or personal coaching. I am both a trained personal coach
as well as a trained and experienced business coach and will
help the busy executive to sort through the complexities of
running an organization while, if they so desire, also helping
them in developing a fulfilling personal life.
